Chief Administration Officer

Jennifer Borne serves as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the Municipality of Tantramar, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the municipality and ensuring that council’s decisions are effectively implemented. As the municipality’s senior administrator, she provides leadership to municipal staff, manages financial and strategic planning, and works closely with council to develop policies that serve the community’s best interests.

In her role as CAO, Jennifer is responsible for coordinating the delivery of municipal services, ensuring transparency in governance, and fostering strong relationships between  residents, and external partners. She plays a key role in long-term planning, budget management, and policy development, ensuring that Tantramar continues to grow as a vibrant and well-managed community.
