Sackville Food Bank Turkey Drive

The Sackville Food Bank is launching its annual Holiday Turkey Drive and is seeking donations of small turkeys, chickens, plant-based options, and other festive essentials to help ensure local families can enjoy a holiday dinner. Donations can be dropped off at 9B Willow Lane on Tuesdays from 5–9pm and Wednesdays from 8–11am, or at Second Chances Thrift Store (18 Lorne Street) Monday, Wednesday to Saturday from 10am–3pm. This year’s goal is to collect 150 small turkeys and chickens to meet the needs of families throughout the Tantramar region.
