EOS is partnering with local community member Emilie McBride to host a FREE canning workshop at Open Sky Co-operative (12 Folkins Drive, Sackville, NB) from 1-3:30 pm. Together we'll make vegetable pickles and a fruit jam, and we'll cover all the tips, tricks, and safety precautions for how to make your own preserves at home.
