EOS Eco-Energy Canning and Preserves Workshop

EOS Eco-Energy is canning up a storm once again this winter! Join us at Open Sky Cooperative on Saturday, December 13 from 1:00pm - 3:30pm for a FREE beginners class on how to can and preserve fresh produce! This class will provide hands-on experience for hot water bath canning. We'll be making vegetable pickles and a fruit jam together, all guided by local canning expert Emilie McBride. We'll also cover all the tips, tricks, and safety precautions needed for making your own preserves at home! Spots are limited and assigned on a first-come-first-served basis, so don’t wait!
