Taking place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, the 55+ Aerobic Program a low impact workout designed to keep you active in your later years. Registration takes place in late August or early September each year.
Bring your skills, or lack there of, to the hardcourt for this fun recreational basketball program run by volunteers. ages 25+ Wednesdays 8-9:30pm Tantramar Regional High School Gymnasium
Drop in pickleball takes place weekly at the Mount Allison University Athletic Centre. $3 drop-in fee. Clean footwear required. Tuesdays and Thursdays – 9:00 am-12:00 pm Fridays – 1:00 pm-3:00 pm
Bring your paddle and drop into Dorchester School Gymnasium on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:00-6:30pm at Dorchester School.
