Tantramar’s Strategic Plan sets the course for our municipality, ensuring we make informed, forward-thinking choices that align with our values and community needs. As a newly formed municipality, this plan is more than a document, it’s a shared commitment. It reflects the voices of hundreds of residents, stakeholders, and partners who contributed their ideas through surveys, engagement sessions, and interviews. It’s designed to deliver results while staying responsive to the needs of our growing and diverse communities. It helps us focus on what matters most, from infrastructure and economic development to environmental sustainability and community wellbeing.
