Greg Martin

Greg Martin is a member of the first council for the new entity of Tantramar. He was born and raised on Green Hill Road in Aulac, New Brunswick. He met his wife, Denise, 51 years ago while working at the Enterprise Foundry in Sackville, and together they raised their daughter, Kim.

Greg dedicated much of his early life to service, spending three years in the Canadian Army followed by 22 years in the Militia. His commitment to community involvement has remained strong over the years. He has served as past president of the Port Elgin Rotary Club, lay leader of the Anglican Parish of Westmorland, and a former member of the Point de Bute LSD. He is currently the Chairperson of the Dorchester Penitentiary Citizens Advisory Committee.

For over 40 years, Greg and Denise have opened their home to foster children, providing care and support to those in need. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, playing darts, and cheering on the Montreal Canadiens.
